The Pregnancy Care Clinic (PCC) has been serving Whidbey Island and the surrounding communities since 1986.

We exist to provide pregnancy alternatives to individuals and families faced with unplanned pregnancy situations, as well as parenting support and material assistance.

We have two Whidbey Island clinic locations, Oak Harbor and Langley.

All services are free and confidential.

All Clinic services are free and confidential, no insurance needed. Services include, but are not limited to:  pregnancy testing, limited OB ultrasound, options counseling community referrals, maternity and baby clothes, layettes for your newborn, baby food, formula, and diapers.  Other special needs are handled on a request and approval basis.

PCC is supported solely by donations from churches, businesses, organizations, individuals, and fundraising events. PCC receives no government or tax funding.  Your donations enable us to reach out through concern and love to those in need.

Resources such as formula, food, diapers (up to size 6), gently used and new baby, toddler, and maternity clothes are also accepted.

PCC offers many volunteer opportunities! Some of our volunteer roles include Clinic receptionist, peer counselor, board or fundraising committee member, or community point of contact (church liaison). We always have room for more volunteers! Stop by one of our Clinic locations or give us a call for more information on how to get involved!

From Our Staff

“…We need to provide all the support [women] need.  Our Oak Harbor and Langley Clinics do a great job of giving support in every way including necessities such as baby food, diapers and clothing.  Parenting classes are taught and encouragement is given each time a client comes to the Clinics.  It has been a blessing to know that I have a small part in proclaiming the message that every life is precious.”

“I started working at PCC in October of 2017, little did I know how much I would grow to love this place. The staff and volunteers are full of compassion and understanding. They will stand alongside you through every step and every trial.”

“…I [started as]a church liaison and tried to help a little from the outside.   About a year later, I was ready to really volunteer at Pregnancy Care Clinic.  That same week, I received an email asking if I would like to be the Client Services Director at the Langley office! Working at PCC has been the most wonderful thing in my life.”
